This process securely encrypts all data transmitted over the web via SSL protocol. Privacy
Two Tinas is committed to honoring your privacy. All personal information is treated confidentially. Your personal information is only used to process your order. We do not share any personal information with third parties under any circumstances.

Shipping (U.S.)
All purchases are shipped from Virginia by Priority USPS. Because our products are personalized, all blankets are made to order. Products ship within 2-3 weeks from order date. Tracking information will be emailed to you on the date your order ships.

Shipping (International)
We ship Internationally via USPS Express International and Priority International mail. All custom fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please email us with any questions at customerservice@twotinas.com.

Sales Tax
A state sales tax of 4.2% is applied to all blankets purchased within the state of Virginia.

Packaging/Gift Purchases
All blankets are finished with a single hand-sewn initial, tied with a 1-1/2" white grosgrain ribbon, personalized hang tag and optional gift enclosure card. Blankets are packaged in a clear protective bag. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Returns/Exchanges
TWO TINAS is happy to accommodate returns or exchanges on full-priced merchandise within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in it's original condition. Sale merchandise is not returnable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping.

Please include your name, address, email address, reason for return, and specify a REFUND REQUEST or PRODUCT EXCHANGE. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Refunds, exchanges or store credits are processed within one week of receipt of your returned merchandise.
Please NOTE: if the item you are returning is a gift, the gift giver will not be notified of your return.
